I just wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my post.
I have spent the last week on about 1000 calories more than what I was doing, have gone from 1000 to nearly 2000 cut my cardio back like you said, and have followed the protein, carbs, and fat ratio you gave me and I am feeling sooooo great.
Each day I am back to losing a small amount of weight, about 2-3 ounces most days. I know you said to throw the scale away, which I will..... but wanted to make sure I wasn't eating so much I would gain :)
I think I was truly over training, and obviously starving my body.
I am so happy to finally have some direction. I'm saddened that I lost 12 pounds in 7 weeks doing it "my way", because I bet alot of that was not fat loss:( Here I am, wanting to get a little muscle and I was sooooo off base.
I just wanted to say that you have made such a difference for me, and I appreciate you very much!
I hope you have a great day

I am glad that I was able to help you...I am glad you have found direction in your nutrition....nutrition plays a huge role in your fitness success...what's more is that a successful nutrition can either make or break your results in the gym...also healthy weight loss means that you can maintain it...so that it's sustainable in the long term...a key problem of fad diets....I am glad you're eating healthy now...keep it up
