lol hey all, just been bulking for a while, i think im ready to start cutting, i didnt realize how hard this might get. lol my problem is that i dont mind planning out meals and stuff like that, i just cant stomach some food, like tuna for example, and there seems to be some in every diet plan i look at, also egg whites are not available to me, any sample diet plan that i could build on would be extremely greatly appreciated.

buy eggs and simply use the egg whites, its what i do. also, instead of tuna try mackerel, salmon...whatever, turkey, chicken. you dont have to eat tuna specifically, just get a food high in protein.

as for a sample diet. use the search function at the bottom for cutting + diet etc.
