your advice was most instructional. It was the answer i have been looking for for a long time. And i appreciate the very helpfull tips you have given me. Where does the definition training and toning come into play? after the second 12 week mass, correct?
thnx again arnold, with your help, now i can organize and time schedual with school, knowing the amount of time i will have to set aside for weight training. thank you again

..my pleasure, that is what I am here for.

Don't worry about the definition training at this point, first you must lay th foundation with basic movements.. once that is done you can sculpt away for detail.
