Ok - the ones I get are the Healthy Choice and the Lean Stouffers. They are generally under 300 calories. If I'm counting calories and working out..obviously, am I making a bad choice using these for lunches? I know they are loaded with sodium but crap...I load up on salt (saltaholic ye..I am) so....any opinions on using such?

Personally, I eat the lean cuisine ones. They're relatively low in fat, high in protein, and portion size, are just right. Just watch the carbs on some, they can be pretty high in that area too.

I use them as well, I have lost 30 lbs and 5 inches so far since may. Not saying they were the reason, but they helped.

Yes they do..for me it was all about portions. I will freely admit that I love to eat. It has been a problem my whole life. It used to and to a point still consumes my thoughts. Do not know why it just does. Those premade meals while not totaly replacing my real food, helped give me an idea as to the amounts I needed to eat.
