Hi everyone,

Yet another noob, but I am looking forward to chatting with you all, and swapping success stories, and the odd time that we just need someone to remind us why we want/need to get fit.

I do try and stay reasonabally fit (relatively) although I am overweight, I do exercise 3-4 times a week, although for the past 4 months, work has overtaken my social/exercise time, however, project over, and keen to get back into it.

I want to start exercising 5-6 times a week, and lose a minimum of 10% of my weight.

I love to cycle, walk my dog, Max, and also mountain walking, I need an exercise regime that helps me to lose weight, and also improve my strength/endurance for the hills.
