I got some hugh thighs from running alot as a kid. Now I have to get larger size pants to contain my thighs than what I would normally expect to buy. Any techniques that would help reduce the size of my thighs?

firstly, how old are you to name yourself as a kid... Secondly, I don't think that running alone would really pump up your thighs that much.. Thirdly, why don't you like big thighs, big thighs show the physique and change the way way you walk and run to make you powerful looking.. Also I don't think that there is anyway to decrease the size of your thighs but to lose fat. you see.. the thighs area hold tooo much fat on it. hope i have helped. Amr

If you're a runner or bicyclist and have always been you will have very strong legs. I know lots of people who don't workout but have huge legs from running or biking. So I do believe that you may have big thighs but there is a limit. You probably just see yourself as having bigger then normal size thighs. Like Amr_Mr.Olympia said, why don't you like them. Having big and strong legs is great. I also agree with him that there is nothing you can do unless of course it's fat. Alkatraz

WHY? Just tone them up and be happy you don't have bird legs.

Train your thighs with lighter weight and more repetitions. If running makes your thighs bigger, then try riding the bike instead.
