I have been working out off and on my for several years, over the last couple of years if I didnt work out I would gain literally 3-4 pounds a day! I went to the doctors and he discovered that I do have an underactive thyroid. I excercise a now min 7 days a week and I have lost only 24lbs in a year (come November). I am really frusterated and annoyed, I am on medication but it doesnt seem like its domin anything...does any one have any suggestions?
Thanks for the suggestion, Im on my way with incorporating weights into my everyday cardio plan! I do try to stick to eating regularly during the day and I watch what I eat, so hopefully soon I will see a difference!
