hi my name is ravon---i just joined a few days ago. I am one of those people who need help staying motivated in order to do the right thing. Read my profile for specifics of my goals. But I want to drop some serious weight, fast, safe and for good. I'm 23yrs old and decided its time to take charge of my life. Anyone have any suggestions on how to drop like 1lb/day safely and permanently?--feel free to chat/contact me on any subject--thanks
thanks for your advice. I don'think i eat enough calories on most days...i've started using the nurtition tracker on here. But i'm scared to increase my intake because I'll probably gain weight.--which i don't want to do. Any suggestions?
