How long do you all think it will take to see changes made in diet if its working or not? DO I stick to 1 week, 2 weeks etc? Currently I am on cutting calories increasing cardio, still lifting heavy as I can. Thank you all!

Depends on many things....mostly the amount of calories you cut. At some point type will become an issue, the leaner you get and want to get leaner yet, but till then, calories.

If you are just beginning, I would not load up on cardio immediately. Common mistake....use cardio as an extension of your diet, not the other way around.
