Hi, Laura! Lunges and squats are great for the bum and the old situps in variations are great for the abs. Can't spot reduce, but these are great for toning those areas up! Good luck to you and welcome to FT!

basically what vedakathryn said, and a healthy diet, and some cardio added to the mix. good luck and welcome to ft.
