I am walking 4 times a week to lose weight. But I am also strentgh training to try to "bulk" my lower body. My question is how many times do I do strength training per wk. I have been doing it only 2 times per wk. Will doing it 3 times have more benefit?
Also, will I get the best results from doing strenth training then going straight to cardio? Or should I do them on separate days? Cuz if I have to split them, I will have to do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training.
