A quick overview of my workout is like this. Mon-Wed-Fri I lift around 7pm for 45min. I do cardio immediately following that for about 45min. Usually it's elliptical training. On average I go around 4-5 miles and my heart rate is between 155-175. I also just started doing HIIT training on Tuesday and Thursday, first thing in the morning.... Now my goal is to lose weight, mostly fat of course but I wouldn't be to upset if I lost some muscle in the process. Strange to say but im a little bit bigger, muscle wise then I care to be. As far as food consumption, what times before and after I lift and do cardio should I eat and whats a good idea of what to eat to maximize my goals. I currently take the Muscle Milk Light (cookies n cream).
