I've been having tingling sensations down my right shoulder blade, there is no real reason for it. Sometimes the tingling gets to the point of being painful and it often takes 20-30 minutes to get rid of the shoulder pain. It happens most often when I'm just sitting, or bent over a desk drawing. I'm an architecture student so I can spend 13 or more hours sitting at a desk drawing. There never used to be pain when I would be drawing, now I cant go 20 minutes without the tingling and pain. I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this pain before, and what they did about it.
