I know that some people that are taking a protien supplement seem to start using the bathroom more than usual, that is crapping more than usual. This is because their testostorome level are decreased so much that for some reason your body want hold all the protien and turns into waste. To solve this problem, try taking extra doses of zinc and vitamin E.

How much is crapping alot? Also, does that really work with the zinc and vit.E? I already take a multivitamin which has zinc and vit.E. Don't you think that is enough?

But why does high protien intake leads to decrease in the testosterone level.

It's not testosterone that causes you to crap more but the bodies ability to handle increased protein loads. Protein has nothing to do with testosterone levels. As the body adjusts to the protein load then you begin to notice the decrease in defecation.

When I wrote the first message I did not mean that the protien causes a decrease in testosterome level. I am sorry that I made everyone confused. And yes, what skylar wrote is correct.

High protien intake doesn't lead to decrease in testosterome levels. Some people have higher levels than other people. And they can decrease with age.
