I understand that running on a empty stomach firts thing after bed is one good way to burn those fats.
I work at nigh, thus sleep in the day. And I usually go for my runs after I'm up at around 7-8 in the evening.
How long should you wait (after bed) before you start and can you consume anything before before the run...
