Hello! My name's Marissa. I'm 5'4" and 180 lbs. I'd like to get back down to 155-160 lbs. before Christmas time. I needed a plan that I could use to supplement at home but also a nutritional guide and how to balance my intake.
Trying to trim around the waist, thighs and under my lats.

Hi marrisa...that is a big goal to acheive by christmas...especially with Thanksgiving smack in the middle!!For your diet look at the healthy foods list posted in the nutrition forum...keep your calories down...only 10-15 cal per pound of body weight(10 per pound if you are very inactive,15 if you are very active,most people fall in the middle)get started with one of the free plans from FT...and you will be well on your way!!
