Im a 17 year old male 220 lbs, around 6'2. I have never even came close to losing as much weight as i wanted to. The goal for nutrition on this like 3350 calories. That in my opinion is insane, and how is a 17 year old supposed to get 222 grams of protein per day.

Example of what i ate the other day

3 protein shakes, 2 tuna sandwhiches.....

Its just to hard...with no progressive gains/losses

Well, thats really not much of a daily meal plan. Take the 3 shakes, and incorporate 2 more good clean meals ( lean red meat, chicken , broiled fish along with some greens/salad ) then inbetween those meals , have a can of tuna or something thats not a whole meal but has good nutrional content.

Now, I would agree that 3350 calories is a bit much if you are trying to lose weight. 3350, if you have tried this caloric intake and have, either , had no weight loss with it or maybe some gain...( this is expecting the diet is a good clean one and you are exercising and incorporating some cadrio with it ) then lower the intake by 500 calories and give that level a 2 week trial and see how it goes on the scale. Adjust accordingly...

Good Luck.

You should take into account your age. If you play any type of sports this will aid in weight loss. I would advise not trying to lose weight. Do you feel that you are overweight?

i know what your going through. lifting weights and trying to improve the way u look takes time and a whole lot of waiting to see the results u want. i know its frustrating when u have been working out for a while and dont really see anything. im kind of going through the same thing right now. but, what u have to do is just keep liftin and keep our focus to see the results u want later on. good luck to u and i hope this helped u in some way!!

And change things up--music, routines, when you train, so you don't let your body adjust and so you don't get bored.

. . . to crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women . . .

Intensity is all.
