I eat either Chicken or Tunafish in my salads for lunch everyday. My question is what are some other foods I could eat for lunch that have Protein. If anyone has some good recipes please send them this way. I appreciate all the good information everyone has given to me, it has helped me out a lot in reaching my goals.

I like grilling some lean steaks (red meat), slicing it up and tossing it on my salad.
There are other types of fish, like salmon, that you can eat, as well as turkey, lean steaks, etc. Or even the 4% ground beef, which is good for chili, hamburgers, etc.

I keep lean deli sliced meats; roast beef, turkey, etc. on hand and toss them in my salad for a quick easy fix.

There are some non-meat options too, like tofu and veggie burgers. I just had two veggie burgers with my lunch - 182 cal, 1 g fat, 15 g carb, 28 g protein. Hard boiled eggs, egg salad are also options.
Have you tried the packets of tuna? My roomie was saying that she's going to marry the lemon pepper variety...
