To Gain Body weight?

Should i try to eat alot, even wehn I am full off of a meal should I still try to eat even more to gain more body weight? I am 5"8, about 127 pounds. (i kno...i am very little)

If you are not gaining weight than you are not eating enough. You body might take a days/weeks to adjust to an increase in calories, but you will see your appetite increase pretty quickly. If are really having trouble, eat more dense foods like nuts and possible add some more starchy carbs like potatoes (not french fries).

thanx pemdas 4 the advice on both...bt i think i have the body type that w/ anything that I eat...it seems that I won't gain.

Then you are not eating enough. It really is that simple. There is no such thing as a body type that can't gain weight. You probably have a really fast metabolism, which just means that you need eat a lot to gain weight. Buy a big bag of trail mix and snack on it all day.
