u have to try different things out like supplements eating more changing your workouts to see what works for u cause what helps one guy gain weight might not work for u

try adding some carbs 2...you probably have a fast metabolism...no problem just keep on eating 5 - 6 meals a day and supplement regulary..the gains will take time though.

Try just lifting weights only and eatting more. Try eatting more fatning foods. If you have a hard time putting on weight it will take time. Just lift and eat nothing more then that. Good luck

Do you eat breakfast? If you don't, maybe you whould try it. It helped me put on 10 lbs in a short time a few years ago. Now I eat breakfast every day unless I want to be cranky
