i'm starting the plan set forth by freetrainers.com today!

i just had a baby and have 4 lbs to go to pre-preg and 14 pounds to go to skinny me :)

Nutritionally - the challenge here will be the protein. i can stay within my fat and carbs, but to get in 149 g protein will be tough. i plan on getting some protein supplements to put in my morning fruit smoothie and things like that.

Phyisically - the challenge will be keeping up with the weight training. i do get to the gym for 3 good and hard cardio workouts a week, but due to having a 4 month old at home, my time is taken up with her and my career and household duties. i've purchased enough home equipt to get by so we'll see how that goes.
