I can't live like this anymore. I feel and look awful. I currently weigh 160 and want to get to 125 which my doctor told me I should be at since I am only 5'2". If anyone has any great tip on what to eat, when to eat, exercise I would greatly appreciate it.

Any good tips to help cravings. I love sweets and can't stop eating them!

Eating sweets is a vicious cycle. you eat sugar, it spikes up your blood sugar (energy) and then it drops you hard (no energy), leaving you craving more sugar to bring your blood sugar up again.

If you start eating a balanced diet with sufficient calories, your cravings should be lessened.
Try substituting an apple or other fresh fruit for your sweets and eat 5-6 small meals a day, 3 hours apart. each meal should consist of lean protein, complex carbohydrates and a little fat. Eating this way regulates your blood sugar and boosts your metabolism.

If you go cold turkey and stay away from sugar for a week or two, your cravings should subside.
