Today I started the diet and workout regimen that I promised myself I would start the first of the year. Then I got sick between Christmas and New Years, so delayed the start until I was well. I started the diet today, walked 2 miles with my dog tonight, and hit the gym before work tomorrow morning.
I found this site tonight and have been checking it out. It seems like it will be very helpful...but I really would like to find recipes and meal ideas.
A group at work decided we would do a 3 month weight loss contest. Everyone is on their own as to how they diet/exercise...we each chipped in $25 and the one who loses the highest percentage of their total body weight will win $300. Talk about incentive!
