Why is and I might be alone in this but when it's "That time Of the Month" I'm more tired and want to eat and eat and eat?:angry: That's where and when I go wrong! Is there a connection between the too or am I just crazy? Is there any thing I can do to improve the not wanting to workout and only wanting to eat? Another wonderful plus side of being a woman!!:love::laugh:
I have the same problem, only I get my insatiable appetite about a week before- and I mean insatiable! I'm sure it's hormonal. I totally agree with you...it drives me nuts as well! I just try my best to overcome it, usually with little success:(

Mines a few days before and a few days into but yes! Same thing. Tired and hungry!!! I've heard (and I don't remember where) that is the time when you burn your most fat so workout and try to keep it under control!!!
