Anybody ever see this guy from Burmingham AL ? I just saw him On Guiness Book of Records. The guy is built like a machine. 7 trucks just drove over his abs, the guy actually got up after. What gives here?

He's a professional fitness instructor and consultant. You will see it and freak out! Wait till you see the moving truck go over him! They call him the human speed bump!

You would think that if you spent that much time on your body and all that, you would treat it better. I can't see how having trucks drive over you is a "healthy" thing to be doing

I agree to put the time and effort into your body and treat it like that is nuts. But money can be the rout of all evil.

i guess I didn't think about the money, you are probably right Sempai. Hopefully he is putting the money back into a good cause... like getting kids to think about health and excersise. I'm still waiting to see it. It won't be on till 8 so another hour.

o.k I watched ripley's but it was not the same one. THis one had some little seven year old weight lifting tice his own weight. Apparently hes one some comps too. Personally I think that this is a pretty dumb thing for him to be doing even if his doctor oks and he is constantly being supervised. I don't care if his dad is a trainer, his body is not developed to handle dead lifting 140+ pounds! Any other thoughts?
