hey i was wondering if there was a good way to tone a build strength and mass at the same time?

Pretty tough to do....look at your question. You are basically asking to do 2 different things, tone, and bulk. Toning takes a calorie deficit, building mass takes a calorie surplus. I would pick a priority and go with it.

define toning? Toning, to me, is increased muscle fullness that shows up as a little extra bulk, maybe definition due to the muscles bulging more. So muscle tone is a product of building strength/mass.
