Hello all-
i am looking for advice about toning my inner thighs and the little ring of pudge I have around my lower torso.
Here is the catch. I need these things to be able to done at home without purchasing any equipment.
I am a college student who is paying my own way and I do not have the time or the money to go to the gym.
I try to eat a fairly healthy diet, lots of fruit, should eat more veggies and chicken, pasta, etc. I have an odd eating schedule thoug due to school and work.
If anyone has an "easy" (I know nothing is truely easy) suggestions please let me know.
Thanks,
R

The first thing that came to my mind was, PASTA!!!!!!!! First thing put the pasta down as a no no. Brown rice is cheap and so much better for you. Add that chicken and veggies with a little olive oil and you have a great tasting cheap stir fry. My husband has trouble with love handles and but the funny thing is, he has great abs when he flexes them. The only thing that gets rid of them for him is a low fat diet. Those love handles are just little fat pockets, lose the fat lose the love handles.

Also you can add in some hard boiled eggs and toos the yolks. Mix the hard whites in with some tomatoe lettuce and chicken breast! Good source of protien. You can also (if you want), do some cardio at home, or outdoors and add in some resistance training at home. If you can't afford weights, try using books etc, anything you can grip. Hope we helped. And like sandysfors says forget the pasta, and any white food!

The training at home section here at FT will give you some ideals on what exercises to do. you can find it under exercise resources. I was just looking around and found this and thought of you. Good luck
