Hi,
I am trying to get a toned up body so want to lose body bad but not lose muscle.I am currently trying out the Optimum Nutrition Gold Whey Proteing. It has 24g of protein per scoop which is 29.4g. That seems like a high protein content.
There are also some maximuscle products like Promax extreme which I think are expensive.
Any suggestions regarding a good protein?

Screw it, get your real food diet and exercise plan in check and consistent before messing with supplements. Protein is a good one to start with though. Take it as necessary to hit your protein needs per day and make sure to have a shake right after your workout.

There are proteins out there that have higher amounts per scoop. Once you get in to the 80% range and up that in pretty good, which means there is just less filler.
Try and stick to real food when you can.

Concentrates are typically in the 80%'s range, while isolates are typically in the 90's. In the big picture, really means little other than price. The only thing to look for is if your concentrates have any 'junk' additives in it.

I'd Go with Isopure Low/zero ...
but thats just ... It has Low/zero carbs and has one of the highest absorb rates on the market.
