Hello to everyone, I am quite new to training and was after some advice on toning my body. I do not go to a gym as I simply do not have time anymore so I am going to start exercising at home, I have some free weights at home which I can easily use for my arms but I am unsure of the exercises to do to effectively tone my lower body and was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. Also is there any other form of exercise anyone could recommend that I could do at home which would help with toning.

If you like exercise videos, try www.cathe.com - the videos (a mix of cardio, strength, endurance) are excellent.

welcome to freetrainerse padams. there is an excellent personalized home exercise program located in the excercise resources above on the yellow toolbar, maybe try setting yourself up on that and it will give you an 8 week program to follow. also, please fill out your profile so we can help you better.
