I am about 210 pounds. I used to work out before on regular basis but left it for a while. I wanna gain my abs back. I wanted to know since i have gained fat too. Should I concnetrate on jogging and loosing weight or doing ab exercises will be a waist of time. Since Ineed to loose the fat then i can do my abs. Are there any exercises i have to more inorder to get tonned? appreciate your advice.
To succeed you'll need to invorporate several things; weight training, cardio, good healthy diet and rest.
