Ok I am a college student. I go to school from 8-12, work from 12:30-4:30 and then I have homework. When I eat it is usually on the run/in a hurry, and I like things that are inexpensive (I am admitedly cheap), and fast. I have a cup-of-noodle for lunch usually mon-fri, and then whatever is laying around the house for dinner. I know it's horrible! So far I have been aiming for 2 days at the gym a week, but I have only been able to do one...even when I have time I am usually so tired after school, work and everything else that I can't get motivated. What should I try??
