I have a quick doubt here concerning Aminoacids... I take a tablespoon of Aminofuel before and after my workout, which is about 1 hr long. However, I overheard that I shouldn't be taking Aminoacids before and after, because I workout for a very little time (1 hr Monday through Saturday). The amounts I take should be considered once the workout program lasts at least 1hr and a half / 2 hrs. Is this true? What happens if you take too many Aminoacids?
Please advise!

No, take them as you are. Guage by your intensity. If you are working out hard, and you know your are damaging tissue, then the time frame you work out means nothing. You can have a very intense workout in a very short period of time. Don't get caught up listening to all the "gym experts". There are tons of them, like lawyers in jail.

Thanks bb1fit I guess you are right, I work out under that quote "train briefly but intense" so I try to lift more weight as soon as I can and beat my personal endurance records. Maybe those "gym experts" have never used supplements themselves!
I'll keep you all informed
