Ok Im trying to get cut up but with school and work I don't have that much time to spend in the gym so right know I work out 3 days a week with 45mins of cardio on those days Im also taking CLA, Centrum, Protein 95(Soy), Phosphagen HP, and ZMA. So is this too much or not enough or am I missing something? Im 19yrs 6'4 250lbs
If you are trying to "cut", I would drop the CLA. Probably wasting your money there. Of even more importance, what is your diet like? This is going to determine your results, not supplements.
