I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a question I got about my training routine. I am currently doing chest/Triceps together on Mon. Biceps/legs on Tues. Back on Thursday. Shoulders/Traps on Friday and biceps again on Saturday. Are my biceps getting enough rest between tues/thursday/saturday or is this too much. If anyone knows of a better way to work this out please help me.
How are your gains? Seeing any? If not, maybe they are being overworked. The answer really depends on the individual. Some are able to work on the same bodypart twice per week.

just so u know....my weightlifting coach calls the bicpe the dumb muscle....because besides looking good all it helps with are a few back lifts , but i'm taking by ur traing that u want ur arms to be big why else would u do biceps 2 times a week.......but a lil info ur biceps only make up 40percent of the amr mass overall...the tricep is the other 60 percent and it helps u out alot more in lifts.....as for doing it 2 times a week...if ur arms haven't gotten bigger then i gues ur doing somthing wrong... working out is a trail and error process unfortunally
