Too much A D vitiamins?

I know it's not healthy to have to much of a or D(I think)and I take a multi but I just bought some of Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex and in that you get 50% of your D/V and I take 2 shakes a day so....with my multi I would be getting 200% just woundering if there is anything to worry about?
