so i've been trying to increase my protein intake, using mostly snacks like cheese, nuts, and trail mix and stuff like that (i'm a vegetarian) but my carbs/fat/protein pie chart on fitday is over 50% fat!!! that can't be good!! it's about 30% protein and 15-20% carbs. Any suggestions for protein-rich snacks that don't involve so much fat would be very welcome!!!

Low fat cottage cheese, Soy nuts, you really have to lay back from products containg bad fats. Try some perhaps a protein bar.

String cheese, yogurt, lowfat peanut butter. There are quite a few high-protein cereals out there that can be eaten with milk or right out of the box, or mixed with yogurt. And like carivan said, although not the most recommended, protein bars and drinks.
