too much food or not

when i wake up i normaly eat a full fry up and then some cereal but i still cannot gain weight ive tried everything even weight gain drinks but i just cannot gain weight and it is really annoying i could eat loads and still dnt put any weight on what would a 4000 + calorie diet consume

You are still young and growing, this is very normal at this stage. Be patient, keep eating well and training and it will happen.

You should evaluate how much of what your eating is protien.. fat.. and carbs.. break it down that way first.. then maybe further to complex and simple carbs.. EFA's.. etc.. There is some good info in ft Nutrition Resources/Nutrition ft TOOLS/Protein - Fat - Carbs (probably should read the basics of nutrition part first and give the other articles a read too).. Don't skip out on what rp said tho.. try to post what you eat in a day here and i'm sure they'll try to help you figure whats wrong in your diet..
