i've always had lean legs since i played soccer, but now that i don't and run, i think my legs are getting too muscular.
i run 4.5 miles 5 days a week...
how can i still run but not gain all this muscle in my legs?

Too much muscle??? I wasn't aware there was such a thing...

Well for one thing, there's no such thing as "too much muscle". for another thing, running only builds muscle for a short period. After that, it stops building muscle and begins to only build endurance... So your making no sense here..
