Hi all! I work a physically demanding construction-type job (kind of aerobic). I live in Missouri and when summer hits I'm too sore from the job and tired from the heat to work out in the evenings and the next morning it takes a bulldozer to get me out of the rack. Can anyone suggest a stimulant or anything at all to help me combat this? I am frustrated because I have to keep my workout schedule on hold some days.

Hmm I think instead of stimulant you would be better advised to improve your diet and supplements to ensure your body is getting the fuel it needs for such a demanding physical lifestyle.
Is it possible to pack yourself several 'lunches', and eat several times during the day (drinking LOTS of water)? That would be your first step, then work on getting a good nights rest.. your body heals while you sleep but if you're not getting good sleep, you're not healing well. Supplements can help you with this too, perhaps ZMA and glucosamine to help your muscles recover faster.
