I have decided to start working out but I'm not too sure if i should wait or not. I'm 14 and I'm short for my age. I'm only 5"2. I can tell that I'm growing and i don't wanna stunt my growth. I personally wanna work on my abs. I'm not fat or anything, it's just i wanna have hardcore abs. I'm not sure which exercises will stunt my growth or how my growth will stunten. Could someone tell me?
