I really need some help. I've never been a small person although I've never been large. I just had a baby so now the stomach that I did have is extra lose. I didn't have much of a shape before the baby and I had started to exercise on my own right before I got pregnant. I'm one of those people who can lose weight easily but my problem is that I want to look a certain way and I don't know what exercises to do to achieve this look.Just to get a better idea of my shape,I'm top heavy and I have no hips! This is what I need help with:

1.How heavy should my weights be and what exercises(and how do I do them)should I do to slim and define my arms?

2.How do I get the excess fat off of my upper and lower back?

3.Which exercise is best for abs, sit ups or crunches? I need an exercise for the lowest part of my stomach because it's terrible now.Can some one help with an all around stomach exercise?

4.What can I do to slim my inner thighs?

5.What can I do to give me some hips?

6.Last but farthest from the least,I know this has been asked a million time but I'm not convinced by any of the answer, how do I make my butt bigger? Considering I'm working from nothing I don't want to "tone" it. I don't want any exercise that's going to make it shrink! I know it's a long shot but is there anything I can do to make the muscle bigger period and rounder not smaller and more define. This one is VERY important to me.

Can some one please help because I'm really ready to get myself in shape, I just need the RIGHT information.

Hello, and welcome to FT.

First, please fill out your profile.

#1a - That is something you need to experiment with.
#1b - You can get a description of exercise from the tabs on the top of the page.

#2 - #5 - Diet and proper exercise. You cannot spot reduce.

#6 - Lunges, squats and a whole host of other movements.

Keep in mind, you cannot spot reduce. Abs are created by what you eat. Therefore, slimmer stomach is achieved by watching your diet.

Use Fit Buddy at the bottom of the page to do some research here. Lots of info!

As for your a bigger butt...lunges, squats, etc. will help but(t) even they only go so far. You can shape and plump your butt so much, but your genes are your genes. When you lose fat, you are going to lose fat from that area and your butt will go down before it gets 'bigger' from working those squats and lunges. Your butt may end up the same size by the tape measure, but with a more rounded shape. Speaking as someone who also does not have a lot of butt and does lots and lots of squats and lunges. Love what you've got! The big butt craze is just a fad anyway. I heard on the news that according to surveys most men prefer women with slimmer hips. So there!
