Trac Creatine before Football Practice?

Now i usually take the Trac Creatine b4 weightlifting workouts.I want to see if ok to take b4 football practices. I took it 4 the first session i waz tired at the end of 1st practice(it was our 1st time in full pads). I made a mistake n took again during da break. for da second session to begin. Mah whole body started crampin up it wasnt good at all. the next day of camp i took it in da morning to c if waz ok. It waz good but after practice when i took a nap i woke up.. My muscle was tired n sore(i waz sore from da crampin). Den we had to do da last session. So idk either im pushin myself too hard or suttin..I waz jus wonderin could i take Trasc Creatine b4 practice??

You are most probably cramping from dehydration. When taking creatine, it is imparitive to drink lots of water.

Trac creatine is expensive and a waste of money. Just use regular creatine monhydrate. Taking it before practice should be fine. On off training days, may be best to consume first thing in the morning with or before your first meal.

y i should take it on off dayz in da morning..wutz a better creatine product then.

1st off your sounding like your addicted to it. I take creatine, I think its somthing great to supplement with. However you don't have to take it before EVERY workout or EVERY practice, or EVERY game. Somthings you just gonna have to toughing up and do. Creatine is a supplement, not somthing thats gona make you sprint a 40 in 3.1 lol
IF you don't have engery or stamina during practice, then thats YOU not the creatine.
Use creatine for your workouts, other days take a break from it. Saves money.
