Just remember, don't be one of those dudes that does nothing but train biceps and expects huge gains off right off the bat. Your arm muscles are something like 60% (if I remember correctly)triceps, so don't neglect them! Going from 12 to 15 inches in 5 months is certainly possible! Good luck!
Hey guys! I run track and cross country and sadly I don't have a six pack like all my other teammates :/. I have 12 inch arms and my goal is to turn those worms into 15 inches over the course of the next 5 months (if that's possible). Hopefully at the same time, I will also keep nice and cut. Looking forward to the soreness and tears as cross country has already taught me that after running consecutive 5k's for practice.
