I am in track right now and iam a sprinter. I want to get my 100m dash time down from 11.3 to about 10.9 and my 200m dash time from 23.00 to about 22.5. Does anybody have any advise on what workouts or anything i can do to try to get there.

upper body development is just as important as bottom parts in track....just in case if u dont know.......squats are pretty good
