I was wondering what benefits this wld give me. I've heard before that pro bodybuilders train twice a day. If it is ok then shld I be training the same body part twice or different? Is there any disadvantages when training twice.
Some pros may train twice a day, but usually this is right before a show to boost metabolism twice a day. Or, if they are pros and using steroids they may train twice a day because the steroids allow for better recovery.
I think for most people it would end up being overtraining.
