Hello everyone! I'm a new comer here and I have a question. I'm doing my training at home and one of the exercises is doing push-ups. (free-hand exercises). What percent of my weight should I record? Thanx in advance! Chuckwagon.

I usually just put in the number of reps in both places, that way there are no 0's.
