I want to start bodybuilding. I have cleaned up my diet significantly and have been training via split routine for a month now. I've been weight training for 1 1/2 years now.
My question is what should be the goal for Bodybuilding? At the gym the goal has always been to be able to lift more weight and keep it in the 10 rep range for me. That sounds more like a powerlifter-type training style. Can anyone point me in the right direction for bodybuilding? I searched and no luck. Thanks!
