Hi girls, I've started writing down some things and feelings about the training, diet etc in a training log. This is a really good way to share experience and get new motivation. I recommend that more of you start doing that so we all can learn some new things from each other!

I have found the same thing helps but mine is in a spiral notebook that I can take with me (one of those really small ones that I can put in my purse) I also attached a pen to it so I didn't have to go looking for one

yea heaving a training log, notebook, is very important in order to progress and study yourself better.I have had a training log for like 2 years now and I feel that I am better able to adjust my workouts and understand inconsistancies between workouts. It's also a good place to write down your feelings for the day or how you were feeling, motivated, etc. It's especially helpful when you keep switching routines and compare similar routines months apart and really see how much progress you really made.
