Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
It's because you should be working on your whole body, not just the legs and butt. You'll shed far more weight and get leaner all over. Not to mention that spot reducing(just focusing on one area like abs for example) is a total farce to begin with.
Or is it just not giving you a leg routine at all?
