I have been asked several times from people still in high school for a training plan. If you are still in high school the NCAA prohibits me from writing you a plan or even giving you advice. If you are outside of high school then feel free to contact me. Take care.

Matt does that only apply to HS athletes planning to participate in collegiate sports or in general?

In america it's the National Collegiate Athletic Association. All of our colleges and universities sports association rules, guidelines, and stuff like that.

I think thats stupid.... wouldnt you be helping the high school athletes by giving them advice?...
